"Bad first impression and not great for my skin tone"
I was disappointed right from the start. I bought this thinking it would work well for my medium brown skin, but the results were barely noticeable. A few areas also felt way too sensitive, which didn’t help. When I reached out for support, they basically just pointed me back to the chart, which felt unhelpful. I really wish the information had been clearer before I ordered. It’s not completely useless, but it definitely wasn’t a good fit for me.

"Feels a bit cheap for what it costs"
I’m not totally sure if I just expected too much, but the device feels kind of flimsy to me. The buttons don’t have that solid feel, and the plastic casing seems a little cheap, almost like it might crack if you’re not careful. For the price, I was hoping the build quality would feel a lot better. Overall, I’m not really impressed

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The product itself seems fine, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the packaging was rough when it arrived. The box had a few dents, and the tape on one side looked like it was starting to come loose. Luckily nothing was missing or damaged, but it just didn’t make the best first impression. For the price, I guess I expected it to show up looking a bit nicer. Not a huge deal, but I do think it could be packed more securely.

I got this after seeing all the hair removal claims and expected better. I used it for a few weeks and followed the directions, but I barely noticed any difference. The website makes it seem so easy and effective, like it’s going to be more like... I don’t know, just a lot more noticeable than what I got. Felt a bit misled, to be honest.

"Instructions were not clear at all"
I bought this from kenzzi.com, and I don’t know why the instructions are so hard to follow, but they left me more confused than when I started. The steps feel really vague, and it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do first or how often I should be using it.

I ended up searching online just to figure out the basics, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected straightforward directions, not feeling like I’m guessing and worrying that I’m doing something wrong.

"Didn’t work on my blonde hair"
I tried this on my blonde hair it didn’t do anything for me. I really wish they made the hair color limits more obvious before I bought it. I even tried contacting customer service about it, but I just kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"It worked out in the end"
I had a small issue and reached out to support, then kind of went on with my day checking back here and there. The person who responded was helpful once they got to it and did answer my questions, so I can’t really complain about the actual help. It just took longer than I was expecting to hear back.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, but it just doesn’t feel worth the price. For what I paid, I expected the quality to feel a bit more solid or polished. Even little things stood out to me, like the finish not feeling that premium and the overall feel being average once I actually used it. It’s not terrible, but it definitely didn’t give me that “okay, this was worth the money” feeling. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"So much for the “hair-free miracle”"
I used this for a few months and at first I thought it was doing something. Things looked smoother for a bit, so I was hopeful. But then the hair slowly started creeping back like some tiny annoying comeback tour. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Didn't do much for me"
I used this for a few weeks like it said to, and I really thought by then I’d notice something, but not much changed. The hair pretty much kept coming back like normal, so I don’t know if my hair is just stubborn or if it just doesn’t work. Either way, since I didn’t see results, it felt like I wasted both time and money.

"Too uncomfortable, and the goalposts kept moving"
I really wanted this to work, but using it was way more painful than I expected, even on the lower settings. My skin felt hot afterward, and after a few tries I just gave up. It also felt like the goalposts kept moving, I’d tell myself maybe I just needed to adjust the setting, then maybe I needed to get used to it, then maybe I was using it wrong. At some point, I realized it just wasn’t worth pushing through. Not for me.

"Still too slow and misses obvious spots"
I really just needed it to do the basic job, but even that felt ignored. It takes forever to get through an area, and after all that waiting, it still misses way too many spots. Frustrating when the main request is simple: cover the space properly.

It feels clumsy in my hand, and using it isn’t as simple as I expected. There are too many little steps to get it positioned or handled comfortably, which gets frustrating quickly

I don’t want to be too harsh because I’m sure delays happen, but waiting over three weeks is frustrating. Part of me feels like the shipping is taking forever, but another part of me still wants to give it a chance and see how it turns out once it finally arrives.

"Works fine, but I wish it felt sturdier!!!"
I’ve had the kenzzi device for a little while now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do!!! At first it felt decent in my hand, but after a few months of using it, the button started feeling a bit loose, which was kind of disappointing!!!

It still turns on and works, so I’m not saying it’s a bad product or anything!!! I just expected it to feel a little more solid for the price!!! It’s not terrible, but it’s not amazing either!!!

It was okay overall, but it ended up irritating my skin. I can see it maybe working better for other customers, but if your skin is on the sensitive side like mine, you might want to be careful.

"Warranty Support Just Ignored Me"
I paid for the product and then tried to file a warranty claim when I needed help, but no one ever got back to me. that feels wrong. If a company offers a warranty, they should actually stand behind it instead of leaving customers hanging.

"Pretty easy, just a bit slow"
It was easy enough to figure out, so no real issues there. It did feel kind of slow at times though, which got a little annoying. Overall, not hard to use.

"Delivery experience has been frustrating"
I ordered this weeks ago and the delivery still hasn’t shown up. I get that delays can happen, and I’m not trying to be unfair about that, but the tracking has barely updated and customer support keeps sending what feels like the same copy-paste reply. When you spend this much, I think it’s reasonable to expect a clearer update or at least an honest delivery estimate. Overall, it’s been really frustrating.
